Regional grains are very important for STEFAN STEINMETZ.
We speak with farmers about the proper variety and cultivation methods of grain. Our philosophy is to purchase regional grain so that we can strengthen local agriculture and, above all else, protect the environment and ensure the high quality of our flours.
Each of our mill partners buys their grain regionally. Below you will find a list of suppliers for both of our STEINMETZ mills in northern Germany.
